I finally got the skirting on the decks, only a few trim pieces left and then I'll be ready to seal the deck.  I used heavy-duty (1/4" thk) pressure-treated lattice panels for the skirting, attached with 1" brad nails (secure but the panel could be removed easy enough if need be).

As you approach the decks from the house (South) - walkway still not complete

These pictures were taken as I walked around the hot tub deck - I did place doors in this deck, one for access to the pumps and the other to space under the deck, behind the hot tub.

The lower deck doesn't really have any usable space underneath it so access doors were not installed.

End-game, there will be a Koi fish pond that is on both sides of the deck show from these pictures, running under the deck to offer safety for the fish from cats and such.

Electrical has also been run, using GFI circuits to add 2 double outlets and one quad outlet.  Additionally, there have been 3 lights added under the decks, w/wp switch to provide lighting in front & back of hot tub deck along with being able to see what might be under the lower deck.
